FW Music store ships out orders on a same-day basis for in-stock titles; should we have to order stock from our suppliers for you, we usually ship within 1-2 weeks.
Once sold and shipped out, an item can only be returned if it is defective. If this happens, we will credit you with an equal value purchase at our store, upon verification of the defect. Please note that many of our items are goods coming to us straight from independent artists, and some of these may be one-at-a-time CDRs.
