FW Finland is happy to announce three very special releases for the end of the year.
First, the oft-delayed and anticipated The Point 7". This collaboration between Neil Leyton and Nicke Andersson was recorded at Acetone in Stockholm over a year ago now, and will finally see the light of day in November. It will be distributed by all of Fading Ways' distribution partners, as well as the FW Music Store, who has been taking orders for the last six months!
Secondly, FW Finland is very proud to be introducing you to some brand new artists from the other end of Europe: Portugal brings us gold-record selling artist Rita Redshoes as well as underground singer/songwriter Mazgani. Both will be available through FW Finland and the FW Music Store this November, however, Rita Redshoes will be out in Finland and Scandinavia first, followed by BeNeLux, and Mazgani the other way around: BeNeLux first, where he will tour in December, and Finland and Scandinavia in January.

New Turku Romantic Movement single |

FINALLY- new Turku Romantic Movement single is here!
Well, not here exactly.
As
I wrote in my previous post on our MySpace, we're in terrible (or terrific, more
likely) busy here in FW Finland's HQ, so that's why I have to copy
this exciting news item straight from horse's mouth...
Turku Romantic Movement releases an internet single ”Moneypulation” on Monday, April 6 in their myspace, www.myspace.com/turkuromanticmovement. The single will be followed by the new, self titled album on May 13 (in Finland).
”Moneypulation”
introduces the most catchy TRM. The song's two and a half minutes
contain tension, hooks and the raw energy of live playing. The new
members of the group – the bass player Joonas and the drummer Terhi –
have proven their groove at the gigs and mixed together with the
original guitar duo Rami and Pete.

The name ”Moneypulation” is a stupid word play, singer-guitarist Rami
explains. – We haven't changed direction or anything, but maybe we try
not to take things so seriously.
Turku Romantic Movement album is going to be published by Fading Ways Finland and distributed by Playground.
Release dates for other countries tba soon.
So
do yourselves a favour and put the alarm clock to wake you up at least
an hour before you usually do. Well, make it two hours, so you won't be
late from your work/ school/ whatever that much. "Moneypulation", you
see, has THAT kind of power that just won't allow you to leave...
